We aim to dispatch your order within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your confirmation.
All of our orders are sent by Royal Mail on a 48hr tracked service.
Custom made items will take 4-6 weeks as they're handmade in India.
If you need something urgently we suggest opting for next day delivery.
We’re confident that you will love your Charlotte’s Web creation, however if you find that any item you have ordered is unsuitable, then don’t worry, we have a flexible exchange or refund returns policy.
You may exchange, cancel your order or return any full priced product to us within 21 days of the date printed on your dispatch note. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Return postage will be at the customer’s own expense.
