We take great care to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However sometimes mistakes can happen, we know this can be frustrating and do our best to prevent this. Where an error has occurred we aim to rectify this as soon as reasonably possible, If you find an error on our website please let us know by emailing info@charlotteswebuk.com.

You should bear in mind that shopping online provides a different shopping experience from shopping at an event. In particular you acknowledge that:

• The colours of our products are as accurate as possible. However differences in display settings can impact the colour on your computer screen.
• All sizes and measurements are approximate.
• All products are subject to availability

We have the right to change the content of our website including the prices & products. We may remove products from our website at any time without any prior notice.

Handmade

Charlotte’s Web goods are handmade fairly and sourced from Asia. We use mostly natural materials therefore colours & markings will inevitably vary slightly from piece to piece, and may differ a little from what is stated on our website.

Ordering

You must ensure that before you place an order you have checked all the details carefully about the products you have selected as their details could have changed since you last visited this online store.

Delivery

Delivery costs are an additional cost to the price of the product advertised on our website.
 
Any dates we specify for delivery of products on the website or by email are approximate. We will do our best to deliver products within the times stated however we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.

Cancellations and Returns

We are sure that you will love our products but if you find that any item you have ordered is unsuitable, don't worry as we have a
flexible returns policy.

You may cancel your order or return on any full priced product returned to us within 21 days of the date printed on your dispatch note. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of the date of dispatch. 

We do ask that if you are returning any goods to us that you please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order: info@charlotteswebuk.com, we may not reply.

Anything ordered between the 28th November 2024 and the 20th December 2024 has extended returns until 17th January 2025.

Refunds and Exchanges

We are happy to refund and exchange products returned to us provided they are in fully resalable condition - this does not apply to any personalised jewellery due to their bespoke nature unless the item is faulty for any reason.
 
We will gladly send an exchange on any goods to you free of charge subject to availability.
 
If you request a refund, we will refund the amount paid for your products to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. 

Please note: For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.

If we find that the Product has not been returned to us in fully re saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. You must bear the cost of returning the item to us.

Please note: Charlotte’s Web offers an exchange policy only (14 days from purchase date) for non internet sales, unless goods are faulty.

Import Regulations and Conditions

If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. 

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers bought online can be redeemed both online or at an event. Simply input the voucher code at the checkout.

Customer Satisfaction

We hope you will always be pleased with your purchase however if any products bought from us are damaged or faulty we will be happy to exchange or refund such products. In cases of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods being returned to us, as well as the original cost of the item, we will refund your original delivery charge plus the reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the goods.

If you are nervous about shopping on our website, you needn't be. We use secure servers with state-of-the-art encryption and secure sockets layer (SSL) technology for the transfer of credit card information. No card details are stored or saved on www.charlotteswebuk.com or on any server that would be accessible via the internet.

Charlotte’s Web Jewellery

By placing an order during our personalised jewellery sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sale Dates

• The personalised jewellery sale runs from 19th January to 26th January, closing at 8:00am (GMT).

• Orders placed outside of this timeframe will not be included in the sale.

Bespoke & Personalised Items

• All items purchased during this sale are bespoke and made to order, including personalised sizing, stone selection, and design details.

• Due to the personalised nature of these pieces, items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are found to be faulty.

Discount & Gemstone Pricing

• Premium gemstone prices are not included within the discount and will be charged at their full listed price.
  

Faulty Items

• If your item arrives with a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing clear photographs and a description of the issue.

• If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Sizing & Stone Choice

• Customers are responsible for ensuring correct sizing and stone selection at the time of ordering.

• We strongly recommend double-checking ring sizes and stone preferences before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once production has begun.

Production Time

• Orders will take approximately 4–6 weeks to be handmade from the date the sale ends.

• This timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of the jewellery. 

Cancellations & Changes

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or exchanged, as work begins shortly after the sale closes.

General

• Charlotte’s Web Jewellery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Competition Dates

• The competition opens on 19th January.

• The competition closes on 23rd January at 11:59pm (GMT).

• Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
