What is a Spinning Ring?

A spinning ring is a beautiful ring inspired by ancient Tibetan prayer wheels. It has spinning bands that spin on top of a main band to soothe the body, mind, and soul in times of stress or meditation.

How do I know my ring size?

Do I need to order a size larger in spinning rings?

Please order your usual size. We allow a little extra room in our wide ring sizes to ensure it fits just right.

What is your jewellery made from?

Recycled sterling silver 925, solid brass, copper, sustainable metals, and genuine handpicked gemstones.

Is your jewellery hallmarked?

All of our jewellery is stamped with our Charlotte’s Web Logo to show its authenticity as well as a 925 stamp, to show all our jewellery is made with 92.5% pure silver.

Does your jewellery contain nickel?

No, Charlotte’s Web jewellery does not contain nickel.

How do I clean my jewellery?

A little TLC will keep your Charlotte’s Web jewellery in perfect condition. Please see our Jewellery care page.

My jewellery is tarnished, how do I keep it shiny?

Do you use real gemstones?

We only use 100% genuine, ethically sourced gemstones handpicked by Charlotte.

Where is the jewellery made?

Our jewellery is designed in Ibiza and handmade in India.

What is the jewellery guarantee?

One year from the date of purchase. During this time, we will repair free of charge. After that, we can repair for a fee.

Do you offer engraving?

We do not provide engraving services at this time.

How long do custom items take to make?

Please allow 4-6 weeks.

I can’t find my ring size; can you order it?

Yes we can custom a ring in any size. Please contact us for further details.

What is Gold vermeil?

Gold vermeil is sterling silver covered in a layer of 2.5 microns of gold. Whilst your jewellery is under guarantee if your jewellery needs re-plating we can re-plate for free, after this period we can re-plate for a nominal fee plus postage.

Can I get my ring re-sized?

Spinning rings are difficult to re-size, but please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

How do I know when my order has been received / dispatched?

We’ll send you an order and shipping confirmation straight to your inbox.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking reference and link on your shipping notification.

Do you have a store so I can try on your rings?

Charlotte’s Web is an online jewellery brand. We don’t have our own store, but you’ll find our jewellery in many independent boutiques. Find your nearest one here.

Can I amend / cancel my order?

Made a mistake? Changed your mind? Don’t worry, contact us immediately on 07717744738, and if we haven’t shipped it, we’ll cancel your order. If it’s already on its way, our return and refund policy will apply.

How do I use my gift card?

We’ve made it easy. Click through to check-out and you’ll see the gift card / discount code box. Pop in your code, and you are good to go.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

How can I use a promotional code?

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Yes, we ship all orders in a plain box. No one will ever know…

Will I be charged tax / customs duty on my order?

Please note that international orders being shipped outside of the UK may be subject to additional customs/import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. The customer is responsible for any additional charges that may occur.

What is your returns policy?

Can I return earrings?

If they are still in the original, unopened packaging, yes. Unfortunately, we cannot accept earrings that have been opened.

Can I return personalised items?

All personalised items are non-returnable unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.

Can I request an exchange?

Yes, we are more than happy to exchange your jewellery for a different size or style. Please see our returns policy.

When will my refund be processed?

All refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

I’ve lost an earring; can I buy a replacement?

Oh no! Please email us at info@charlotteswebuk.com and we’ll try to assist.

My jewellery has broken, what can I do?

If it breaks within a year of purchase, it will be covered under our guarantee. We can repair items outside of guarantee for a fee.
