UK

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)
Royal Mail will aim but do not guarantee to deliver your item within 2-3 working days of the day on which we dispatch your order. They won't deem an order as lost until the due date plus 7 working days.
Next day delivery - place your order by 1pm Mon - Fri, and you will receive your parcel the following day. Orders placed after 1pm, will be sent the next working day.
Next day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Inpost orders should arrive within 2 days, you will receive tracking details via text and email. If you do not collect your order in time, it will be returned to us.

International

All orders over £200 are free delivery and all orders will be sent tracked with Royal Mail.
Free international shipping for orders over £200 GBP. Orders placed in other currencies must meet the same value in GBP equivalent.
Any import duties and taxed incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer, excluding USA, see next bullet point.
Shop with confidence – all USA deliveries arrive with zero customs fees.
All delivery dates that we give are for your guidance only. We regret that we cannot be held responsible should your order arrive late.

We close for UK bank holidays. All orders placed after 1pm on Friday (Thursday if it's a Friday Bank Holiday) will be posted the following Tuesday. Thank you for your patience.
We are here to make your life easier where we can. If you would like to send a gift directly to the recipient, please let us know if you would like us to include a gift receipt ensuring that no prices are visible.
If you order goods for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Signature Packaging
Choose our signature packaging and we will ship your handmade jewellery in our signature Charlotte’s Web gift packaging. Much like our ethically created jewellery, our gift boxes are eco-luxe, created consciously using FSC-certified materials and recyclable for peace of mind.

Luxury Gift Wrap
Our luxury gift wrap option makes gifting easy. Choose the perfect pieces of Charlotte’s Web jewellery for a friend or loved one, select luxury gift wrap at check out, and we will lovingly package your chosen items in a recyclable, FSC-certified branded gift box, complete with a jewellery polishing cloth, gift card (Happy Birthday, With Love, or A Gift for You), and a beautiful hand-tied ribbon, the perfect finishing touch.

All women's jewellery will be presented in our pink branded packaging and all men's and unisex jewellery will be in our teal boxes.
