We aim to dispatch your order within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your confirmation. All of our orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail, and should arrive within 1-2 days once dispatched. We are finding some orders are taking longer than usual to arrive currently, please bear with us and be patient. If you need something urgently we suggest opting for next day delivery.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and may require a signature on arrival, so please keep this in mind when specifying your delivery address, eg. home or work. If you are not present at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND SATURDAY DELIVERY:
During the current uncertain times, Royal Mail have advised us that they can't guarantee next day deliveries at present, so please bear with us, if your item doesn't arrive as soon as expected.
Place your order by 12pm noon, Mon -Thurs and you will receive your parcel by 1pm the following day. Orders placed after 12pm noon, will be sent the next working day.
Next Day orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday, unless you choose our guaranteed Saturday delivery (Order must be confirmed by 1pm on Friday).
Next Day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Custom orders are handmade in India so please don't select Next Day Delivery as it's not possible, thank you.
All orders over £100 are free delivery and orders over £200 will be sent tracked.
Any import duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
All delivery dates that we give are for your guidance only. We regret that we cannot be held responsible should your order arrive late.
We close for UK Bank Holidays. All orders placed after 12pm on Friday (Thursday if it's a Friday Bank Holiday) will be posted the following Tuesday. Thank you for your patience.
We are here to make your life easier where we can, especially during the current COVID-19 situation. If you want to send gifts directly to the recipient, please let us know if you'd like us to include a gift note so no prices are shown, and we can also remove branding from the packaging if required. You can leave a gift message in the special instructions box at checkout, which will go onto the gift note.
