UK
All of our orders are sent by Royal Mail on a 48hr tracked service.
- Working days are Monday - Friday
- Royal Mail will aim but do not guarantee to deliver your item within 2-3 working days of the day on which we dispatch your order. They won't deem an order as lost until the due date plus 7 working days.
- Next day delivery - place your order by 1pm Mon - Fri, and you will receive your parcel by 1pm the following day. Orders placed after 1pm, will be sent the next working day.
- Next day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

International
- All orders over £200 are free delivery and all orders will be sent tracked with Royal Mail.
- Any import duties and taxed incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
- All delivery dates that we give are for your guidance only. We regret that we cannot be held responsible should your order arrive late.

- £12 Special Delivery for all UK orders. Free delivery for orders over £500.

Custom Jewellery
- All of our custom jewellery designs are handmade in India and will take up to 6 weeks to arrive, we will then quality check them and send them out with tracked delivery.
Additional Information
- We close for UK bank holidays. All orders placed after 1pm on Friday (Thursday if it's a Friday Bank Holiday) will be posted the following Tuesday. Thank you for your patience.
- We are here to make your life easier where we can. If you would like to send a gift directly to the recipient, please let us know if you would like us to include a gift receipt ensuring that no prices are visible.
- Wrapped With Love: All of our jewellery is elegantly presented in our beautiful, signature jewellery gift boxes. Our packaging is reusable, recyclable, and sustainably handmade in FSC-certified materials. Please do let us know if you are a conscious shopper and would like to use a limited amount of packaging, as we can inclose all items in one box for you. For those extra special gifts, you could upgrade to our Luxury Gift Wrap which includes a hand tied ribbon bow and your choice of gift card.
- If you order goods for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
