National Cupcake Week Bake Off

To celebrate national cupcake week, we decided to have a bake off at the Charlotte's Web head quarters. Two bakes were up for judging. I followed a Deliciously Ella courgette and apple muffin recipe and Lisa made a vanilla cupcake Hummingbird Bakery recipe. 

We were shooting our ring collection outside, when there was a big downpour; which gave us the perfect opportunity for a quick bake off, tea break. We had very happy customers!
