It’s been a busy winter here at Charlotte’s Web, and as we prepare to enter another summer season, there is a real air of anticipation and excitement amongst our team as we embark on launching our new collections.
We have been working hard, travelling the globe to find inspiration and also source the finest quality materials needed to bring our designs to life. We pride ourselves on always creating captivating, unique and unusual items and are conscious of our wide customer base, therefore ensuring our collections include something for everyone, with our pieces covering a wide range of different price points for all of our clients to suit all budgets and ages.
It’s hard to imagine the amount of work which goes into creating each individual piece, at Charlotte’s Web, we don't work an average 9-5, instead, we go above and beyond, always striving for more, going the extra mile to ensure the jewellery you wear will bring a touch of everyday luxury into your life, and is created consciously.
Our team work tirelessly to achieve this goal, and we consider ourselves something of a family, a small team who are dedicated to what we do. Lisa who has been with the company for 4 years can turn her hand to a multitude of tasks, from artwork to marketing, working closely with our PR company. Erin is always focused on giving an excellent customer service to our customers, ensuring your every need is not only met but exceeded. Emma manages the wholesale side of the business, and has a wealth of knowledge regarding our jewellery. And of course Charlotte herself is constantly envisaging new designs, using her sense of adventure and drawing on inspiration from her travels to create fabulous new collections.
We have worked hard to establish ourselves as a quality brand, having grown from our early days on Camden Market and private jewellery parties to expanding our online boutique, and now whilst you may find less expensive imitations of our pieces on the market, we pride ourselves on being the innovators of bringing spinning jewellery to the UK.
Each of our unique pieces have been designed by Charlotte herself, and brought to life in India using only the most highly trained artisans, in fair trade conditions, all of which factors are reflected in the prices of our quality jewellery, from our most loved pieces to our new collections, launching soon. The solidarity and the highest standard of silver which we use in all of our products reflect the high standard of workmanship involved.
The thought process behind each and every piece you will find at Charlotte's Web is a deep and devoted one, we truly strive to ensure that everything from the initial concept through the design and manufacturing process to the way we gift wrap our jewellery incorporates quality, creativity and the finest materials. This is of the utmost importance to us, and this process of course takes time and dedication.
