MEASURING DIAMETER:
The easiest way, to do this is if you have a ring which already fits the same finger. Download our printable size guide aboveand place your ring on them, you’ll need to close one eye to get a really accurate size. For a normal narrow ring, all of the lighter colour should fill the inside edge. For our wider rings, then all of the circle, including the darker border needs to fill the inside edge. You can also use a ruler to measure across the inside edge of the ring in millimetres.
Useful tip: Always measure your finger at room temperature. If it’s too cold your finger will be smaller; if it’s too hot your finger will be larger.
MEASURING CIRCUMFERENCE:
Use a measuring tape no wider than (2cm), or you can print out our ring sizer above to wrap around your finger. Do not use a piece of string or thread as this will follow your finger too closely and record an incorrect size. Wrap the measuring tape around your finger, making sure it slides easily over the knuckle. Using a pen, mark the tape at the point where it overlaps. Now measure the length in millimetres from the start of the tape to the pen mark.
Please note that all sizes are approximate due to the handmade nature of the majority of our rings The very best way to get an accurate measurement of your ring size is by visiting a jeweller and getting them to size your finger Please bear in mind that many of our rings (spinning rings in particular) are wide in design, and therefore may come up a little larger than standard sizes.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your confirmation.
All of our orders are sent by Royal Mail on a 48hr tracked service.
Custom made items will take 4-6 weeks as they're handmade in India.
If you need something urgently we suggest opting for next day delivery.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and may require a signature on arrival, so please keep this in mind when specifying your delivery address, eg. home or work. If you are not present at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office.
ROYAL MAIL 48HR TRACKED:
Royal Mail will aim but do not guarantee to deliver your Item within 2 - 3 Working Days of the day on which we dispatch your order. They won't deem an order as lost until the due date plus 7 working days.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND SATURDAY DELIVERY:
Place your order by 1pm, Mon - Fri and you will receive your parcel by 1pm the following day. Orders placed after 1pm, will be sent the next working day.
Next Day orders placed on Saturday orSunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Custom orders are handmade in India so please don't select Next Day Delivery as it's not possible, thank you.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
All orders over £200 are free delivery and all orders will be sent tracked with Royal Mail.
Any import duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
All delivery dates that we give are for your guidance only. We regret that we cannot be held responsible should your order arrive late.
BANK HOLIDAYS:
We close for UK Bank Holidays. All orders placed after 12pm on Friday (Thursday if it's a Friday Bank Holiday) will be posted the following Tuesday. Thank you for your patience.
SEND DIRECTLY:
We are here to make your life easier where we can, especially during the current COVID-19 situation. If you want to send gifts directly to the recipient, please let us know if you'd like us to include a gift note so no prices are shown, and we can also remove branding from the packaging if required. You can leave a gift message in the special instructions box at checkout, which will go onto the gift note.

Non UK Wholesale Deliveries:
If you order goods for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the county for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
