MEASURING DIAMETER:
The easiest way, to do this is if you have a ring which already fits the same finger. Download our printable size guide aboveand place your ring on them, you’ll need to close one eye to get a really accurate size. For a normal narrow ring, all of the lighter colour should fill the inside edge. For our wider rings, then all of the circle, including the darker border needs to fill the inside edge. You can also use a ruler to measure across the inside edge of the ring in millimetres.
Useful tip: Always measure your finger at room temperature. If it’s too cold your finger will be smaller; if it’s too hot your finger will be larger.
MEASURING CIRCUMFERENCE:
Use a measuring tape no wider than (2cm), or you can print out our ring sizer above to wrap around your finger. Do not use a piece of string or thread as this will follow your finger too closely and record an incorrect size. Wrap the measuring tape around your finger, making sure it slides easily over the knuckle. Using a pen, mark the tape at the point where it overlaps. Now measure the length in millimetres from the start of the tape to the pen mark.
Please note that all sizes are approximate due to the handmade nature of the majority of our rings The very best way to get an accurate measurement of your ring size is by visiting a jeweller and getting them to size your finger Please bear in mind that many of our rings (spinning rings in particular) are wide in design, and therefore may come up a little larger than standard sizes.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY UPDATE 22.12.20
We have just found out that Royal Mail are suspending Next Day deliveries from tomorrow, so we cannot now guarantee anymore deliveries before Christmas. This is what Royal Mail say on their website:
In light of the changing coronavirus restrictions announced on Saturday 19 December 2020, we have made the difficult decision to make the following changes to our timed guarantees for our Special Delivery by 9am and 1pm services:
For Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm items posted on Wednesday 23rd December we are suspending our delivery guarantee.
While we cannot currently provide a guarantee that items posted on Wednesday 23rd December will arrive prior to Christmas due to the impact of the new coronavirus restrictions, we can assure you that we will be endeavouring to deliver all items as quickly as possible. We know how important this is.
Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm items posted up to and including Tuesday 22nd December remain unchanged.
NORMAL DELIVERY SERVICE
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your confirmation. All of our orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail, and should arrive within 1-2 days once dispatched.
Custom made items will take 4-6 weeks as they're handmade in India.
We are finding that some orders are taking longer to arrive in the current climate, please be patient, if we've sent an email notifying you your order has been sent, we have sent it. Most orders arrive next day but Royal Mail say you should allow 1-2 for expected delivery with 10 days on top to allow for delays. We are just as frustrated as customers when items don't arrive when they should, but we cannot send out replacements without allowing time for the original items to arrive. Please bear with us and be patient, we will always ensure your order gets to you.
If you need something urgently we suggest opting for next day delivery.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and may require a signature on arrival, so please keep this in mind when specifying your delivery address, eg. home or work. If you are not present at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office.

Last recommended dates from Royal Mail for Christmas delivery, please have orders in prior to these dates for standard delivery. Royal Mail themselves are advising ordering before these dates to avoid disappointment. We are aware there are delays at the moment, please be patient:

NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND SATURDAY DELIVERY:
During the current uncertain times, Royal Mail have advised us that they can't guarantee next day deliveries at present, so please bear with us, if your item doesn't arrive as soon as expected.
Place your order by 12pm noon, Mon -Thurs and you will receive your parcel by 1pm the following day. Orders placed after 12pm noon, will be sent the next working day.
Next Day orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday, unless you choose our guaranteed Saturday delivery (Order must be confirmed by 1pm on Friday).
Next Day orders placed on Saturday orSunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Custom orders are handmade in India so please don't select Next Day Delivery as it's not possible, thank you.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
All orders over £100 are free delivery and orders over £200 will be sent tracked.
Any import duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
All delivery dates that we give are for your guidance only. We regret that we cannot be held responsible should your order arrive late.
BANK HOLIDAYS:
We close for UK Bank Holidays. All orders placed after 12pm on Friday (Thursday if it's a Friday Bank Holiday) will be posted the following Tuesday. Thank you for your patience.

If you want to send gifts directly to the recipient, please let us know if you'd like us to include a gift note so no prices are shown, and we can also remove branding from the packaging if required.
